I can't believe I hadn't heard about this until I was visiting egghead's blog (which I highly recommend). It begs the question, what in the heck are they thinking over in Oregon? I have a 13 year old boy. His judgement isn't always the best...which is to be expected...he's 13. He hasn't smacked a girl on the butt (to my knowledge) yet, but I wouldn't be all that surprised if he had. I can't believe these kids are being treated like criminals for fairly typical juvenile behavior. I can't believe they were handcuffed and taken to juvenile detention. I can't even believe they alerted authorities in the first place. What should have been a simple matter of a visit to the principal's office accompanied by a lecture on inappropriate behavior has turned into multiple charges of sex abuse with the potential of a lifelong placement on a list of sexual offenders. I don't see how anyone can look at this and not be outraged. Now, if we were to turn this around and a couple of 13 year old girls had smacked some boys on the butt, I wonder what the reaction would have been. My guess is nothing. Chances are the boys wouldn't even had said anything, but if they had, I can guarantee you the girls wouldn't be sitting at home terrified that they'd end up registered sex offenders. To think they actually charged the boys with multiple FELONY counts...it's truly a disgrace. The only possible good of this travesty? It's outrageous enough to make people stop and take notice. Yamhill County, Ore., District Attorney Bradley Berry's opinion on the matter? "From our perspective and the perspective of the victims, this was not just horseplay....People may disagree, and I understand that.'' Here's Mr. Berry's e-mail address in case anyone...disagrees.

It's all part of the Matriarchy's plan to criminalize ANYTHING that is manly or masculine-end of story. For me, it's really as simple as that. Our society has adopted feminine values, so they are seen as superior. In fact, their superiority is a GIVEN to most women, an absolute that is as immutable as the Law of Gravity. That's the mindset that breeds this sort of insanity.
For example, before NASCAR became popular, no one gave a second thought to the fact that the racers would often fight one another afterwards, a la the 1979 Daytona 500; every one of the drivers did it when they had a 'difference of opinion' with one of their competitors. Now, if a driver knocks a camera out of a reporter's hand as Tony Stewart did a couple of years ago, he has anger management problems. Or, we can look at the Juan Montoya vs. Kevin Harvick shoving match after last week's race @ Watkins Glen. A big deal was made over nothing, basically; that would have been tame compared to NASCAR'S old days.
What you also have to remember is that schools are largely feminine institutions. 85% of the teachers are women now. Back when I was in grammar school, there were many MANLY men. One of my school principals was a Korean War vet, and though he spoke softly, NO ONE messed with him-no one! He had that air about him that he carried a big stick, and he'd be willing to swing it if needed. One of my former teachers was a Vietnam Vet; when we got unruly, he'd start talking smack in Vienamese-ouch! Do you know what THAT does? It quieted things down real quick like!
Ah, but thanks to the Matriarchy's successful efforts to demonize men and criminalize everything they do, no man decent, intelligent man will even ENTERTAIN the notion of teaching in the feminized schools. One, he'll know that he's harming children, especially boys. Two, he will not be allowed to do his job. Three, if he even looks at student the wrong way, bam! He's thrown in jail, while Deborah LeFave, Mary Kay LeTourneau, and other female pedophile teachers get away with their perverted deeds. Under those conditions, what decent, intelligent man would even think of teaching in the schools?! None that I know of.
I was a TA in college. Many of my students would tell me how I ought to be a professor, that I not only knew my stuff better than they did, but I could explain it better too. I would have loved doing so. However, I know what cesspools the Matriarchy's schools are, and I know how I'd be treated if I were to go there-uh, no thanks...

You don't have to guess, Kim. The girls were doing it too - just read the article more carefully. And yes, OF COURSE they got away with it.
It's known as the pussy pass, or, more robustly, the vagina pass. The concept that females are simply incapable of doing any wrong, and even if they appear to do so, they are being forced into it by males. Hence females can never be guilty of anything.
The pussy pass is real and it works. It is exploited ruthlessly by women of all ages, races and classes, and has been since the beginning of recorded history. It's also one of the strongest reasons why women will never be equal to men. How can there ever be equality when only one sex is required to face up to the full consequences of their actions?
Railing against it does not work. It is far too powerful a force and gives women far too many benefits for them ever to give it up. Until they do, equality between the sexes will remain an illusion. Sorry Kim, but your sisters simply don't want equality.

Or, they did do it, everyone knows they did it, but since they are girls...it's different. This is what I see most often in the school system. Girls can tease the boys, but should the boys respond back, then they'll get in trouble. Even if the teacher's standing right there, and knows the girls started it, the boys will still be the ones who get in trouble. The girls see this, and they know it. They know they can act any way they please and if the boys retaliate, they'll get in trouble. Take that lesson and apply it later on in life and you've got the answer as to why so many marriages and relationships fail.

Yes it is. I've often said that saddest casualty in the current war of the sexes is little boys.
This just killed me when I first read about it. I am with Fidelbogen. Oregon is my home, it is where I was born. I lived just down the Highway from there in Newberg. Literally the next incorporated town down the road as you head toward Portland from McMinnville.
As for being overrun with liberals? I cannot even begin to describe it. Sure there are good solid country folk that have lived and worked there for generations but they are not the majority. They typically live outside of the big cities of Portland, Eugene and Salem. Liberal city dwellers definitely control the state. Typically only 3 or 4 counties go blue in elections but the whole state consistently goes blue in national elections because of them. Back in the 1990, when I was going to Oregon State, Oregon had the highest percentage of population of any state that self described as atheist, agnostic or non-religious, at 17%. You know how a lot of schools have "continuing ed" classes that might literally include basket weaving and wine tasting and other such, "for fun", courses? At Oregon State at the time it was called The Experimental College. Among the classes that could be taken was an introduction to wiccan religion, witchcraft. Keep in mind that of the the two big Pac 10 universities, OSU and U of O, OSU was and still is the more conservative of the two, being the Engineering and Hard sciences school as a opposed to the liberal arts, journalism and law school type university that UO is. In summary, Oregon is the hippie mecca of our nation.
As for how these boys were treated. Criminal, truly. I genuinely believe that that the DA should put in prison for at least a decade if not longer and though I am, as a soon to be Catholic, against the death penalty and have been for some time, I would none the less shed no tear if he were hung. I have no sympathy for those who commit abuses of power such as this. The principle should also be dealt with similarly. This is why I don't believe that women (and pussified men) should be principles. Just like with families, authority, in such contexts should be male. Male students will inherently respect a strong male as the ultimate authority in a school. Women in this position are at best hampered and very often don't handle it at all well.
As I read about the kids being in court and the fear and tears, I thought to myself how I wish I could take these people by the neck and say, "This is not how you teach boys to be men
